More than you can expect We rented bikes and booked ferry tickets here. Everything was perfectly organized with bikes and helmets in the right sizes beeing ready and checked when we arrived the shop. Emilie was so helpful and friendly and gave a lot of recommendations and good advice about where to bike. She also helped me a lot prior to our travel to Galapagos by answering all my questions and concerns while I was planning this travel with three children all the way from Norway. Thank you so much for all your help Emilie!

Quick and efficient We rented two bikes from this shop. They were very accommodating and it was a quick process. The bikes were in great working order and they have us a pump in case of emergency. We will be back!

Excellent and helped with solve a personal problem We hired snorkels and bikes, which were all excellent quality and great service. The chap (sorry didn’t get his name) was brilliant when we asked if we could buy a puncture repair kit to fix my husband cpap machine mask. Just to let you know the glue and patches have worked as a temporary fix until we get back to the UK. Thank you so much 👍

Amazing owners and Bikes !! We were recently on isabela Island and found this amazing Bike and surf shop. The owner Emily was so genuine and nice. Her bikes we WAY better Quilty and in perfect shape. Not like, a lot of the other shops we walked by. Emily gave us so much local information and all there great places to go see on the island. if you need any bikes , surf , snorkel gear this is the place. Best tour operator on Isabela! This is the best tour operator on Isabela! Emily was super friendly and helpful and easy to contact. The tours were on time and we saw so many different animals. Would highly recommend this tour operator for any tour on the island! Gracias Emily!!!!

Just that little bit better! Bike & Surf was recommended to me by fellow travellers and they did not disappoint. From the moment I entered the shop I realised that everything there is "just that little bit better". I rented a mountain bike and it was in excellent condition. They have the latest state of the art equipment, apparently they even import a special gel from the UK which helps with punctures in the tyres. I thought I would just pick up my bike and go, but instead I was shown a detailed route to the Wall of Tears on a computer. They also advised me to stop here and there and get the most out of this excursion. I felt cared for and being a solo traveller, that meant a lot. Thanks so much for going the extra mile!

Best Surf & bike rental + Tours on Isabela!! You need to visit Junior’s Bike & Surf on Isabela, it was lots of fun to take surf lessons and to book tours or rent bikes here. Junior was mega helpful, was able to organize everything we needed and gave us a lot of useful tips afterwards, even now we can reach him anytime and get surfing tips. In addition, he shot some pretty cool photos that we could have afterwards and that showed us again what we do right and wrong on the board. The bikes we rented had the best quality and the tours like Los Tunneles were super organized. I hope I can come back sometime 🙂

Fun and successful first surf lesson! Wonderful staff at this family run business. They took great care of us on our surfing lesson/adventure. We were warm, safe, and hydrated between paddle sessions. If we had another day we would have booked their upgraded bikes to explore the island. Thank you!

Excellent equipment and service We took advantage of Galapagos Bike & Surf's full range of equipment and services during our trip and were pleased with the quality of everything. We had a group of nine, including four teenagers, and had bodies of all shapes and sizes. The team did a great job equipping us with wetsuits, masks, and snorkels for our outings while on Isabela Island. Two of us rented mountain bikes and helmets to ride the sandy/dirt path along the beach that leads up to the Wall of Tears. It's a beautiful ride that can be made long with lots of stops or a fun hour to get some good exercise and explore the town and island a bit more. The bikes were top notch and the helmets were, too. They provided a lock that made it easy to leave them at our hotel over night. Two in our group, a dad and a teen, took a surf lesson from Junior. They use a great break for beginners and the lesson was a success. It was fun for our more experienced surfer, too. Emilie and Junior are very customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and positive people. As an aside, Emilie is also a French speaker which I think could be helpful for some visitors. It was a delight to meet them both and we recommend their services and equipment wholeheartedly!

Great service, friendly owner, and excellent gear! My 14 year old son and I had an excellent experience with Galapagos Bike and Surf! My son rented a surf board, wet suit and had lessons one day with another 2 travellers. Junior did a great job teaching and helping him, and provided yummy snacks and photos from the outing. On another day our small group of 4 rented bikes and helmets to bike out to the Wall of Tears. The gear fit well and was in excellent condition. I would absolutely recommend this shop!
